Insurance & Security Deposit

Is insurance included in the rental price?

Yes, insurance is included in the daily rental rate. Please note that there is a deductible (excess/franchise) amount that starts from $200, depending on the vehicle class. This is the maximum amount you are responsible for in the event of damage.

Additional Drivers

Can I add a second driver to the contract?

Absolutely! We allow you to add an additional driver to your rental agreement. Please ensure they provide a valid driver’s license and meet our age requirements at the time of pickup.

Cleanliness Policy

Do I need to wash the car before returning it?

At ButaRentCar, we take pride in our service. All our vehicles are provided to clients in clean condition (both interior and exterior). We kindly ask that you return the vehicle in the same clean condition. If the car is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee may apply.

Fuel Policy

What is your fuel policy?

We operate on a "Same-to-Same" fuel policy. This means the car will be delivered to you with a certain amount of fuel, and you should return it with the same level. For example, if you receive the car with a full tank, please return it full to avoid refueling charges.

Documents & Requirements

 

What do I need to rent a car? To rent a vehicle, you will need:

A valid passport.

A valid driver’s license (International Driving Permit may be required if your license is not in Latin script).

The minimum age for most vehicles is 21–23 years old with at least 1–2 years of driving experience.
