Terms and Conditions | Rent a car Buta
Welcome to Buta Rent a Car.
These Terms and Conditions govern the rental agreement between Buta Rent a Car (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the person(s) renting the vehicle (hereinafter referred to as "the Renter"). By signing the Rental Agreement, you agree to the following terms.
1. Driver Requirements
To ensure safety and legal compliance, all drivers must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 21 years old (25 for luxury/SUV categories).
* Driving Experience: A minimum of 2 years of valid driving experience is required.
* Documentation: A valid Passport and a valid Driving License (International Driving Permit is required if the national license is not in Latin script).
2. Rental Period & Extensions
* Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 2 days
* Grace Period: A grace period of 1 hour is allowed for returns.
* Extensions: If you wish to extend the rental, you must notify the Company at least 24 hours before the original return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability.
3. Payments and Security Deposit
* Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and Bank Transfers.
* Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon pickup to cover potential fines, fuel shortages, or minor damages.
4. Insurance and Liability
The vehicle is provided with insurance coverage:
* CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): This covers damage to the vehicle you are renting.
* TPL (Third Party Liability): This covers the cost of damage caused to another vehicle in the event of an accident.
5. Vehicle Usage Restrictions
The Renter agrees NOT to:
* Use the vehicle for off-roading or racing.
* Transport illegal substances or hazardous materials.
* Sub-rent the vehicle to third parties.
* Drive outside the borders of Azerbaijan without prior written consent from the Company.
6. Fuel and Maintenance
* Fuel Policy: The vehicle should be returned with the same level of fuel as provided at the start of the rental. A refueling service charge applies if returned with less.
* Maintenance: The Company is responsible for mechanical maintenance. If a warning light appears, the Renter must stop the vehicle and contact our 24/7 support immediately.
7. Fines and Tolls
* The Renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, speeding tickets, and parking fines incurred during the rental period.
